Currently Van der Schoot holds a position of Executive Director at North Star Alliance, a healthcare organisation for hard-to-reach communities in sub-Sahara Africa. She has 25 years of experience in development programmes and leading international teams in various organisations, such as Oikocredit, ICCO, Oxfam Novib, and Life & Peace Institute. Her extensive experience in aid and development makes her the perfect person for the job. Her know-how in dealing with all the intricate processes on the ground, will contribute to ensure the continuity, impact, and success of Cordaid’s work.
