In her work, Mariëtte combines the human aspect with the strategic one. “In everything I do, vision and strategy are combined with attention to people. I find real connection and sincere conversations very important. But it is never just about the people, nor just about vision or strategy. It is always a combination of these three. Where do you want to go? What will you do, and what will you not do? With a clear goal on the horizon, it is easier to get the right people in the right place.”
Meaningful Matches
Mariëtte is proactive, result-oriented, and driven by social impact. Previously, this was mainly expressed in her work for social organizations. Now, it comes to the fore in matching clients and candidates. “The matches we make at Maes & Lunau are always very meaningful. For the candidate and for the organization. Insatiable Curiosity
Curiosity has always characterized Mariëtte. In her previous work at JINC and Randstad, she got to know all kinds of people, industries, regions, and backgrounds. She says: “I like to visit different places and find it fascinating to delve into other worlds, other cultures, and other people. I like to explore how things work elsewhere, where our interests intersect, and where collaboration is possible.”
